Some reviewers did not quite get this little item. I do and it's fabulous! It's very fast and that is fine. It makes the quilled rounds almost instantly. Easy peasy! One can find a video of it online under "electric quilling pen". It does take 2 AAA batteries. Twist the top and remove the quilling part and separate the plastic in two. This is the battery chamber. It snaps back easily. Were I in need of a slew of quilled rounds in a hurry, this one does the trick.
