They refused a return saying it wouldn't be cost effective. Three different people have tried to thread this thing and couldn't, it's at a difficult angle. I knew it was small but didn't expect a toy. It is made of flimsy plastic and one of the buttons on the side came out of place. DO NOT BUY!!! I paid $70 for a useless hunk of plastic!
