Love the compact size, but this grinder barely has the capacity to grind 30 grams. Worse, after only 3 operations, grinding halts before completion, requiring multiple restarts (up to 5!!). Expected to find some beans or ‘fine’ ground, after disassembling, but hopper, chute and grinder were all clean. In regards to flavor, we use a drip coffee maker. Flavor was awful with bitter notes and high acidity. Turned the dial 3 full rotations until it maxed. Flavor noticeably improved, becoming sweeter. Overall, concept is good, but this product is being returned. Too much drama and cost for barely two cups of coffee a day. Especially disappointed because this $300.00 grinder replaced a bricked 9 month old Baratza Virtuoso+ that we gave up on because motor failed and warranty support was a nuisance.
